- Select Save and continue.
To skip the topic step, clear its checkbox before verification or select Skip for now in the topic list. Skipping does not write SMS choices. Phone verification can still make an inherited SMS choice available.
SMS topics and SMS two-factor authentication are separate choices. DSP owners and shop administrators then continue to organization setup when it is required. Other roles enter the application.

Review Rewards and Referrals
Section titled “Review Rewards and Referrals”Open Rewards to see the referral options available to your role. DSP Owners and Managers can use the offered invitation or sharing controls to introduce another DSP. Ask the recipient’s permission before sending an invitation; check the email address and DSP details before submitting.
If a share link or QR code is offered, the recipient can open it, enter their email, and request an invitation. They must use the email link to verify their address and create the account. A submitted referral is not proof of completed signup or a completed repair.
Review each invitation’s status and use the available resend or fresh-link action if needed. Follow the deadline and retry message shown. For existing accounts, use sign-in rather than trying to create a duplicate DSP.
Earn and use a Body Repair fee waiver
Section titled “Earn and use a Body Repair fee waiver”Read the current program terms shown in Rewards. Under the completed-repair program, the referred DSP must complete its first Body Repair within twelve calendar months after onboarding starts. The referring DSP then earns one platform-fee waiver, expiring six months after it is awarded. Invitation acceptance alone does not earn that completed-repair reward.
Open Your body repair fee waivers to check available, reserved, used, and expired rewards. Apply an available waiver to an eligible Body Repair after quote selection and before payment is fixed, or choose Use one fee waiver when offered during quote selection. It is your choice which repair receives it; application is not automatic. Confirm the reservation and updated amount on the repair.
A waiver removes the platform fee for one repair, not the shop’s repair charges. Review the final tax and any processing fees at payment. Remove the reservation before payment is fixed if you want to use the waiver on a different eligible repair.
Manage Saved Repair Cards
Section titled “Manage Saved Repair Cards”When paying for Body Repair, choose whether to save the card if the payment form offers that option. Check the selected card and total each time. DSP Owners can use Billing to manage saved repair cards, including removing a card they no longer want to use. If you cannot manage the cards, ask your DSP Owner.
If You Need Help
Section titled “If You Need Help”- If you forgot your password, select Forgot password? on the sign-in screen.
- If you lost your extra sign-in method, use a saved recovery code or contact support.
- If notifications do not arrive, check your saved choices and contact details.
- If you see account activity that you do not recognize, change your password and contact support immediately.
- If a problem report or referral option is not available, check your role and ask your manager for help.
