Team Settings and Payments
DSP Owners and Vendor Admins use this guide to manage their own team and business settings. Your role determines which controls are available.
Manage Users
Section titled “Manage Users”- Open Admin.
- Select Users.
- Search for the person.
- Confirm the organization and current job.
- Add, invite, update, deactivate, or reactivate the user as needed.
- Assign only the access required for the job.
- Save the change.
- Ask the user to confirm that the intended task is available.
Never share an account between people.
Send an Invitation
Section titled “Send an Invitation”- Select Invite User.
- Enter the person’s name and business email address.
- Select the correct job.
- Select the correct organization or workshop.
- Review the invitation.
- Select Send.
If an invitation already exists, correct or resend it. Do not create a second user for the same person.
Update Organization Settings
Section titled “Update Organization Settings”- Open the organization settings.
- Confirm the organization name and contact information.
- Update the time zone, address, and operating instructions.
- Update key, parking, pickup, and return instructions.
- Save the changes.
- Tell affected users about an important change.
Manage Vehicle Locations
Section titled “Manage Vehicle Locations”Authorized DSP users maintain the locations used for parking, pickup, and return.
- Open Vehicle Locations.
- Select the organization.
- Add or open a location.
- Enter a clear name and address.
- Add contact and access instructions.
- Mark the correct active status.
- Save the location.
- Confirm that users can select it for the intended task.
Do not put gate codes or other sensitive access information in a public field.
Manage Shop Services
Section titled “Manage Shop Services”- Open the shop settings.
- Review the listed repair services.
- Add a service only when the shop can perform it.
- Remove a service that the shop no longer provides.
- Select the shop’s primary work areas when required.
- Save the changes.
Incorrect services can send unsuitable work to the shop.
Manage Teams
Section titled “Manage Teams”- Open the shop team settings.
- Create or open a team.
- Select the team leader or foreman.
- Add the correct technicians.
- Select the repair work assigned to the team.
- Save the team.
Nova Fora can place technicians into a repair team based on the type of work. Review the assignment before the shop schedules the repair.
Manage Inspection Schedules
Section titled “Manage Inspection Schedules”- Open Inspection Schedule.
- Select the organization, location, or workshop.
- Add or edit the schedule.
- Select the days and time window.
- Select the inspection type and responsible group.
- Save the schedule.
- Confirm that the next inspection appears for the correct users.
DSP Billing
Section titled “DSP Billing”DSP Owners use Billing to manage the Nova Fora subscription.
- Open Billing.
- Review the current plan and status.
- Select the available setup, renewal, or management action.
- Complete the payment steps on the payment page.
- Return to Nova Fora.
- Refresh the billing status.
Contact support before you cancel a subscription that is still needed for daily work.
Saved Cards for Body Repairs
Section titled “Saved Cards for Body Repairs”DSP Owners can manage saved repair cards in Billing. Review the card’s displayed details before removing it. During repair payment, saving a card is optional, and the payment form lets you choose an existing card or another payment method. Managing a saved card does not cancel an existing repair or undo a payment.
Vendor Payout Setup
Section titled “Vendor Payout Setup”Vendor Admins must complete payout setup before the shop can receive Body Repair funds.
- Open the shop payout settings.
- Select Set Up Payouts.
- Complete the business verification steps.
- Add the approved bank account.
- Return to Nova Fora.
- Refresh the payout status.
- Correct any item marked incomplete.
Use Update Bank Details when the shop changes its payout account.
Review Vendor Payments
Section titled “Review Vendor Payments”- Open the vendor payment list.
- Search for the repair or customer.
- Review the customer payment, payout readiness, hold, and transfer states.
- Open the Body Repair request when a state needs explanation.
- Contact the Vendor Admin or support for a failed setup, hold, or dispute.
A customer bank payment can be processing while the vehicle-return action is available. Follow the state shown for that repair.
