What Changed in the Manual

Updated September 18, 2026. This edition expands the DSP Body Repair walkthrough, shop workflow, and both training guides. Follow the actions available for your role and workspace.

Pickup findings distinguish newly reported damage from damage recorded as more severe. Open the counts to review the panels and photos. If the shop covers the work at no extra cost, it joins the scope without a price-approval request. A price increase still needs the customer’s approval. View scope (PDF) shows the agreed work, including additions after collection.

The order separates planned collection, actual collection, expected return, and actual return. Check Due back after a revised schedule or approved extension. Shops can use Pickups & drop-offs to find today’s and overdue handoffs, then filter by customer.

DSP Owners can invite their own shop, including when no network shop covers their area. A request can wait for an invited shop to finish signup. An eligible personal shop can receive the repair without an assigned Station. The request provides illustrated PAVE help for the completed report and the separate unused inspection links.

Choose whether to save a card for future repairs. Manage saved repair cards in Billing. When an available referral fee waiver is offered, choose which eligible repair receives it and check the updated total. See rewards and account settings.

DSP signup may begin with email verification and a shorter setup focused on business contacts, Stations, one vehicle, and agreements. Network shops may be asked how far they travel for pickups; a personal shop invited by a DSP follows that fleet’s setup. See DSP setup and shop setup.

Check Out means the shop takes custody from the DSP. Check In means the vehicle returns to the DSP. Invoice Mileage In remains the pickup reading and Mileage Out the return reading. Scheduling, repair completion, payment, and physical return are separate steps.

Screenshots use earlier example data to help you find the work areas. Screen wording, dates, and menus may differ from your workspace. Follow the written instructions and read the confirmation before taking an action.
